[Audio Teaching] 4 tips to get you off the emotional roller coaster!

Hey there!

I get a lot of questions from my readers around the topic of emotions. And what I see many people, including myself, struggle with is controlling your emotions so that they don’t control your decisions. I can remember times when I have allowed my emotions to cause me to overreact. I found myself making lots of choices I regretted later. And whats more is I probably ended up doing something that I never would have done had I just calmed down long enough to put things in perspective.

I know that this topic is tough so that’s why I created this short audio teaching in which I share 4 tips that have helped me to get off the emotional roller coaster and get on with life!

In this audio you will discover:

  • Why your “feelings” should never be a basis for making decisions.
  • How training your mind to look at the BIG picture leads to better decision making.
  • Why even our good emotions can lead us into destructive decisions if we don’t manage them properly.
  • Three questions to ask yourself to avoid overreacting and making decisions you will regret later.
  • What the Bible says about our emotions and how they connect with our destiny.
  • How to avoid emotionally driven activities and reduce stress.

This was very helpful…. What are some daily things we can do about building our faith vs building our fear? What practices can I use to put my rocks down? I know you said give it to God but you mentioned holding on to things so long that it hurts when you put it down. In my case I am just not sure how to even let go and put it down. I am so use to the rocks that it feels like they are embedded and or just a apart of me.
